Privacy Policy

AlgoX ("AlgoX", "we", "us", "our") provides educational trading signals, macro-economic news tracking, strategy courses and an optional automated trading tool ("Auto X"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use and share it, and the rights you have. By creating an account or using the app you agree to this Policy.

• •Account data you provide: email address, optional display name, and a password (stored only as a secure one-way hash — we never see your plain password).
• •Device & usage data: a device identifier used to manage access, app interactions, log data, approximate region and diagnostics.
• •Trading connection data (Auto X only, if you use it): your MetaTrader 5 (MT5) broker/server name and account login, and the resulting broker account identifier. Your MT5 password is transmitted directly and securely to our trading infrastructure provider (MetaApi) to establish the connection and is NOT stored in our own database.
• •Purchase data: plan/package purchased and access dates. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider — we do not receive or store your full card number.

• •Create, secure and operate your account and deliver the signals, news, courses and Auto X features you access.
• •Establish and maintain your requested MT5 trading connection and execute the automated trading actions you enable.
• •Send verification, security and account-related emails.
• •Prevent fraud and abuse, comply with law, and improve the app.

We do not sell your personal data.

We share the minimum data needed with trusted providers who process it on our behalf:

• •MetaApi — connects to and executes trades on your MT5 account (receives your MT5 credentials and account data).
• •Payment provider (Stripe / applicable app-store billing) — processes purchases.
• •Email provider — sends verification and account emails.
• •Market-data providers (TwelveData, Yahoo Finance) — supply live prices for analysis (no personal data shared).
• •Cloud hosting & database providers — store account data securely.

Each provider has its own privacy policy governing its use of data.

Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

We keep account data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time directly in the app (Menu → Account → Delete my account), which removes your personal data and disconnects any linked MT5 account. You may also email us. We remove personal data within 30 days of a deletion request, except where we must retain limited records to comply with law.

Depending on your location (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, use in-app account deletion or contact us. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Passwords are hashed, connections use encryption in transit, and access is protected by authentication tokens. Your MetaApi/MT5 credentials are never exposed to the app front-end. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

AlgoX is intended only for users aged 18 and over. Trading involves significant financial risk. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above and, where appropriate, notified in the app.
