High-risk trading warning. AlgoX is an educational tool. It is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser or financial-services provider. Trading forex and binary/OTC options is highly risky and you can lose all of your capital. You use AlgoX and Auto X entirely at your own risk.
By creating an account and using AlgoX you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. You confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade in your jurisdiction. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
All signals, indicators, news analysis, courses and content are provided for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax or trading advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Some analysis (e.g., certain OTC markets) may be simulated or derived from third-party data and may be delayed or inaccurate.
We make no guarantee of profit, accuracy, signal win-rate or any specific outcome. Past or hypothetical performance does not guarantee future results.
Auto X is an optional tool that, when you connect your own MetaTrader 5 (MT5) account and press START, places and manages real orders on your own broker account through our trading infrastructure provider (MetaApi). You acknowledge and agree that:
You are responsible for keeping your login and MT5 credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One account per person. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Plans and packages (including the 1-Year Full Access plan that unlocks Auto X) are billed through our third-party payment provider (Stripe) and/or the applicable app-store billing system for your platform. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. Access durations are as described at purchase. Except where required by law or by the applicable store/processor policy, purchases are non-refundable. Any auto-renewal and free-trial terms are disclosed at the point of purchase and can be managed there.
All videos, PDFs, course materials, branding and software are owned by AlgoX / TRZEFXPRO. You may not download, record, copy, redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer or attempt to circumvent access controls. You agree not to misuse the service or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The app relies on third parties (e.g., MetaApi, your broker, payment providers, market-data and email providers). We are not responsible for the acts, outages, pricing, execution or policies of these third parties.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlgoX, TRZEFXPRO and its operators shall not be liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, arising from your use of the app, the signals or Auto X. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AlgoX and its operators from any claims or losses arising out of your use of the service, your trades, or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time in the app.
We may update these Terms; the effective date above reflects the latest version and continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by applicable law in our operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
